Rogue Terrapin is the trading identity used for software products including Hōkime. Hōkime provides personal financial-planning and cash-flow forecasting software; it does not provide regulated financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
4. Intellectual property
Hōkime and Rogue Terrapin branding, original application code, documentation and original media are protected according to their applicable rights and provenance. Third-party names, logos, libraries and services remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Hosting and providers
Hōkime uses external infrastructure, identity, billing, deployment and exchange-rate providers. Their current status, data boundaries and unresolved evidence are described in the Privacy Notice and repository-owned provider evidence register.
